making the iconic Hear the World gesture of someone consciously hearing by placing their hand behind their
ear. Since then, Bryan has photographed young British singers Joss Stone and Amy Winehouse, singer and D.J. Moby, Bobby McFerrin,
hip hopper and actor Common, as well as the actress Lindsay Lohan for Hear the World.
Adams
believes in the ideas behind the Hear the World initiative of raising awareness about the importance of hearing
and to call attention to the social and emotional impact of hearing loss as well as prevention of and solutions to this problem
that is affecting more than 10% of the world’s population.
