Successful opening of CHANCES* exhibition
 
The Hear the World Foundation issued invitations and everyone turned up: over 400 guests including celebrities, such as Patrick Nuo, Tim Maelzer, Mimi Mueller-Westernhagen and Jorge Gonzales, made the impressive opening of the CHANCES* photo exhibition in the Flo Peters Gallery in Hamburg a complete success.
 
The moderator, Annabelle Mandeng, led the guests through the evening, which began with moving  addresses by photographer, Philipp Rathmer, ENT physician, Dr. Michaela Fuchs, and Foundation Board member, Maarten Barmentlo. Another highlight was the live performance by Patrick Nuo and his band. Great pleasure was also aroused by LLOYD Shoes’ Christmas donation to the Hear the World Foundation, which was symbolically presented in the form of a cheque.
 
The proceeds from the sale of Philipp Rathmer’s pictures, which emerged during a joint trip to Nairobi on the Foundation’s behalf with singer and songwriter Patrick Nuo, will go to the direct benefit of children with hearing loss.
 
The Hear the World Foundation thanks all the sponsors, who made both this evening and this project possible.
The CHANCES* exhibition will continue to run in the Flo Peters Gallery in Hamburg until 27 November – admission is free.
