Hearing loss in High School
by mcerica24 2011-09-09
As a child I had alot of ear problems. In high school, my senior year the doctors realized I had a cholesteatoma. They went in an removed it or so they thought. A year later they discovered it grew back, this time it has eaten away at my ear bone. Due to that the doctors told me I would most likely never be able to hear out of my ear again. I have regain partial hearing, but still to this day struggle with some issues. I want everyone to know that no matter what age you are, hearing loss can come in any form. There is help and we can overcome this and be stronger as a person!
