Sudden Hearing Loss - Female, 45 - good health

Woke up 6wks ago no hearing R ear-No trauma;no water;ENT conf. nerve damage-Audio conf. low tone HL-most likely permanent-had MRI-results normal.ENT said SSNHL-nothing he could do. Await. results of blood/urine samples-looking for autoimune disease). 4 days ago, woke up /w stiff neck. 2 days ago,L. baby finger numb. Dr.s have no answers!!

Addtl Info- I'm 57 & in good health- SNL R ear-fully deaf ---Worried about L ear b/c having some discomfort there-did you also?
My SNL was preceded by flu-like symptoms incl. stuffed sinuses-was yours?
Also-hissing in SNL ear-do you also have, & has it changed any over the weeks?

I also got diagnosed SNL few wks ago--have you had the results of your search for autoimmune disease?if so, what meds prescribed?
did you have a course of steroids, & if so , what does and for how long? wantlike to exchange info with you--Dale
