The German actress is today an international star. During high school she was an exchange student for a year in Texas and after graduation she began her acting training. She gave up the training and went to New York. Later back in Germany an agent discovered her and she landed her first role. Her break through role came in the film „Lola rennt,“ which gave her international exposure. She receives job offers in Hollywood and has acted next to Johnny Depp and Matt Damon. Since then she has been making films all over the world, but she always returns to her home in Germany.
