Dave Stewart: Eurythmics and Annie Lennox



Dave Stewart is known worldwide for the pop-duo Eurythmics that he started in 1980 with Annie Lennox. The duo celebrated artistic and commercial success around the world: together they sold 75 million records, won numerous awards and have performed many prosperous world tours. At the end of the 80’s the two dabbled in solo careers before they ultimately separated. Guitarist and composer Dave Stewart plays in other bands and produces other artists. In 2004 he had his musical theatre debut in the musical „Barbella.” Today the successful producer engages himself in Hear the World as well as different branches of the entertainment industry and the fight against AIDS.
