The English singer Amy Winehouse is one of the biggest sensations of new Soul. At only 18 she signed her first record deal. The singer and songwriter was nominated for numerous awards for her first album while her second album threw her into the international spotlight, especially with the world famous song “Rehab”. Already in her short career she has won 5 Grammys and recieved the „Ivor Novello Award“ for the best song in regard to musical and lyrical genius.
