Melodious names

In order to get the important message of good hearing across, Phonak has joined forces with renowned experts from the world of music to create the necessary awareness for the topic of hearing and hearing loss. Leading conductor and tenor Plácido Domingo, the worldwide famous Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the young, British soul singer Joss Stone, the famous singer and actor Harry Belafonte, Annie Lennox, Bobby McFerrin, Moby and Amy Winehouse are, beside many others, active ambassadors of the Hear the World initiative, sharing the Phonak commitment to make people all over the world aware of how they can protect and support the vital sense of hearing.

Inspired by the initiative's goals as well, the musician Bryan Adams agreed to become the official photographer, photographing the initiative's ambassadors for the awareness campaign.
