Founded in 2006 by Sonova Group, the Hear the World Foundation supports children in low- and middle-income countries who require access to audiological care.
Our work is founded on the belief that every child deserves to have a chance to hear well and live life to their full potential.

We advocate for equal opportunities and improved quality of life for people in need with hearing loss all around the world.
Our focus areas
We aim to provide quality and sustainable audiological care to children in need through three interconnected focus areas: raising awareness, enabling access, and training and capacity building.
Awareness
Educating families, children and surrounding communities about causes of hearing loss and preventive measures.
Access
Supporting project partners to provide all aspects of hearing care and hearing technology.
Training and capacity building
Training and empowering local audiologists to drive change through knowledge sharing.
