Supporting training for pediatric audiologists in China
We support the center in training pediatric audiologists. This helps identify, diagnose, and fit hearing aids for children with hearing loss in rural areas.
- Training and certifying 120 pediatric audiologists to address the shortage of professionals in China and improve care in remote regions
- Increasing impact by developing comprehensive training courses and standardized procedures
- Implementing training programs and procedures to boost participation and ensure nationwide application
Our Partner
The China Rehabilitation Research Center for Hearing and Speech Impairment (CRRCHSI) is part of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation and was founded in 1983. It is the only national institution for the rehabilitation of hearing and speech impairments and serves as a national technical expertise and advisory center in this field.
